ETHIndia Wrap-up
ETHIndia, Asia's biggest Ethereum hackathon, featured 2100 attendees and 1753 hackers from 34 countries! Members from the Covalent team travelled to India for the in-person weekend event, organized by ETHGlobal and Devfolio and provided a $10,000 USDT bounty for projects making meaningful use of the Covalent Unified API. With boots on the ground, the team connected with hackers giving support, guidance, and valuable swag, paving the way for projects to build their prototypes. We were delighted to receive a record 59 unique submissions for a weekend hackathon! The top 3 winners walked away with $6,000 in prizes, and the remaining $4,000 was distributed to 20 teams.

- Use case: DePay is a way to send crypto by simply providing a phone number. It leverages @0xPolygon's newly developed ID framework and drastically improves UX if implemented.

Dygnify (2nd Prize - $2,000)

- Use case: Dygnify is a credit scoring system that combines on and off-chain elements in their model, hoping to ease access to credit for SMBs. The team aims to enable access to borderless capital for SMBs in emerging markets, reduce the cost of capital, and democratize the growth of SMBs.

AlkyneFi (3rd Prize - $1,000)

- Use case: AlkyneFi sees the problem with Web3's mainstream adoption as needing to be less intimidating for new users. It aims to solve it by socializing Defi.
